Minimalist Black+White Weekly BUJO Spread | 2 Pens + 3 Stamps

Hey You!!! Today I’m sharing a super simple easy Minimalist Weekly Bullet Journal Spread. I used only two pens and 3 stamps. This is a really easy way to get into bullet journaling! You don’t need a lot of fancy supplies and tons of colors.

For the black date circles I used an additional stamp, but this can easily be done with your pen! I hope that you like this video and that it helps you get into bullet journaling. This is also a really great minimal layout for when you don’t have time to create a detailed spread.

Gold Cosmic Egg December Bullet Journal Lunar Moon Phase Tracker Calendar + Tarot Spread

Today I wanted to share my December Plan With Me. Full of watercolors, blues, moons, and stars. We also have a visitor today…

Olena is feeling very snuggly today. As soon as I sat down she just hopped up on my lap today with a coo and purrs. Today I wanted to share with you my December Plan With Me.

For December I wanted to do some more watercolors. I’m trying a different technique this month and I’m not sure how I like it… I’m using vodka spritzed onto the watercolor while it’s wet. I’m still not super excited about it… let me know in the comments down below what you think of this technique. I’m just dipping a brush in some vodka and tapping it to create little spots.

Next up is my monthly overview. For the calendar I wanted to keep it really simple this month. I realized that I was having trouble keeping track of work and personal things AND keeping them separate. So that’s what this strip is for. On one side I’m going to have personal appointments and then on the other work appointments.

my quote for this month is

“the dreamer is one who can only find her way by moonlight.”

– Oscar Wilde

Fun Fact:

I absolutely love Oscar Wilde. I’m a little bit obsessed with Dorian Gray. I wrote a lot of research papers on Dorian Gray in college, the art pieces by Yinka Shonibare, and the painting that’s hanging in the Chicago Museum of Art.

I absolutely love the painting. Every time we go to the Art Museum I make sure to always visit that painting. It’s one of my favorite pieces of all time that I have seen in person. 2nd would have to be the Damien Hirst Chicago piece at Soho House Chicago.

Now I’m adding the moon phases to my monthly overview, Yule, and our Farmhouse Christmas dates. I made all of the stamps that I’m using. You can see the DIY here! If you make your own moon phase stamps, make sure you tag me on Instagram @owlsandindigo so I can see your recreations!

Since this is the last month of the year, I wanted to do a quick tarot card pull, to close out the year. I pulled the Golden Egg from the Wild Unknown Spirit Animal Deck, which was very fitting especially since I pulled the snake and cosmic egg. You can see it here in my moon calendar bujo video.

Opposite of the golden egg is my dear universe spread. This is where I say thank you to the universe for anything that has come my way, whether it’s positive or negative. This gives me a chance for pause to practice gratitude.

This month I decided to move my monthly review to the beginning of the month because I noticed the last couple of months I didn’t use all of my weekly spread pages in between. I felt like I was wasting pages in my journal. So now I have my monthly review towards the front of this bullet journal stack.

Normally at the end of the month is where I do all of my journaling and my reflecting. I’ll have my monthly spirituality prompts which I’m going to be sharing with you in just a second down below! I have sections for, what I’ve learned, how I challenge myself, what is a time-saver and what isn’t, and what am I most grateful for. I also have monthly prompts for “unravel your month” that I do for my words of the year “flux and flow.” Flux and flow are my words for this year, kind of like a mantra.

The questions I ask myself at the end of every month are:

what am I grateful for most?

how did I challenge myself?

what did I learn?

what is working and what isn’t?

Back in January I set words for the year, kind of like a mantra, that I said to myself every day to set the tone. This is the last month that I’m using them so I’m excited to create a new set of words for next year this month, so they are ready for January.

This section is also where the December Spirituality Prompt is going to be. Make sure you subscribe so you don’t miss it! I’m also going to be giving my answer to the spirituality prompt as well.

Next is one of my favorite pages of my bullet journal stack, the mental inventory spread. I really like how it turned out last month in November. I’m not too keen on how this one turned out… BUT… I know that this spread is really going to help for all of the ideas that I need to get out of my head and onto the page to help quell my anxiety.

To finish out this monthly plan with me, I’m ending with my rolling weekly spread. I just discovered the rolling weekly spread from the Plant Based Bride. AND! I love it! I think it’s super awesome, because I loved having a task log but it felt kind of overwhelming to me the way I was doing it before.

For me I just keep it really simple. On the left I’ve got all of my tasks. Then I put a little marker for the day that I want to do the task on, and then check them off as I get them done. On the left side I keep my weekly spread really simple. The letter of the day and the number dates is all I need.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for being here and subscribing. I am so grateful for this community that we have online. I’m celebrating today… I just hit a little teeny tiny milestone (that I thought was awesome)! I finally got the custom URL for YouTube! So if you check up in your browser you’ll actually be able to put in youtube.com/c/owlsandindigo I’m so excited, because now it’s not just a random jumble of letters and numbers.

And finally, the most important question of the month, out monthly spirituality writing prompt:

This month’s spirituality journaling prompt is coming soon! For now here is one on The Shadow Self Work.

11th Balsamic Crescent Moon Monthly Goals Review Plan With Me | Lunar Goal Setting Journal With Me

Today it’s time for the Balsamic Moon Review. We’ve reached the end of another lunar month and it’s now time to check in on our goals that we set back at the New Moon at the beginning of this lunar month and see how we did. It’s also time to see what worked, what didn’t, and what we can improve next month. We’re also looking to see if we fell behind or if there are any moments that we get to celebrate!

Honestly when I sat down to do this review, I was kind of dreading it because I felt like I didn’t accomplish anything, due to an incredibly hard month for my mental health. Which I’m sure you can guess, made it really hard to just get through the days and things that came up, that would have otherwise been normal. This was all because I’m changing my antidepressant medication with doctor supervision. I’ll be sharing my story soon about the side effects I experienced when I changed antidepressants. Make sure you subscribe so you don’t miss it. That way you’ll be in the know and will have some insight into what someone you know might be facing.

Since I was feeling kind of down about my progress this month, I decided to take a look back at the mantras that I made for myself at the New Moon. I also took a look at the tarot cards that I pulled to see how they applied to my life this month. Did I carry any of their lessons with me throughout the month? Or did they just not apply to my life this month.

I definitely made progress on all of my mantras this month. Head over here to see what my mantras were for the month. I totally delivered on all of those mantras for myself. I definitely feel like I was able to do all of those things. So that was really awesome when I checked in and saw that I actually had accomplished my goals. I felt a lot better and actually picked up this review to put me in a much happier place.

My mantra for this month was, “I’ve set these goals to feed my soul and my intentions, I will fill my cup first because I know from the past it works, I am turning inward and will remain open for others when I am needed.”

I definitely did all of this. It was hard at times. I stumbled at times. But I was intentionally making sure that I was keeping myself open for others and still approachable; even though I was doing a lot of internal work, shadow work, and working really hard on myself. If you’re curious about what shadow work I was doing check out my video and my article here.

At the beginning of every New Moon, I pull tarot cards to jog my brain, give me some ideas, and inspiration on the type of things that I want to work on that tie back to my yearly goals. You can see my full moon practice here. This helps me set goals for a month time span.

For this monthly review I wanted to see if these tarot cards that I pulled at the New Moon actually influenced my month at all, helped me with my goals, or just weren’t relevant to my life this month. Check out the classic description of the Rider Waite Tarot Deck Here, my interpretation of the cards meanings, and my own design of the cards here.

Looking back I feel like these cards are actually representative of the month I had, which is really interesting.

✩☽✦ Balsamic Crescent Moon Review ✦☾✩

During my Balsamic Crescent Moon Review, I ask myself three questions: what worked? what didn’t? and what to improve?

what worked?

what didn’t?

what can I improve?

Normally on a End of the Month Review like this I check off any of the things that I’ve accomplished. Then I make little notes of the things that I want to migrate over to the next month. I also take this time to celebrate my accomplishments and milestones that occurred this month.

Here is where I failed…

I am not perfect. Unfortunately, I just did not check in with this goal setting bullet journal spread. I was looking at it constantly, but I didn’t actually write down the intentions that I normally do every month. See what intention I write for each moon phase here and how they relate back to my goals for the month and the year.

This lunar month, I only checked in with my bullet journal on the New Moon, Full Moon, Last Quarter Moon, and today on the Crescent Moon. BUT, that’s okay, Things ebb and flow in life. That is actually the theme for this month, “seek comfort in your ebb.”

“seek comfort in your ebb.”

I definitely had an up-and-down, back-and-forth month. There was a lot of good. There was a lot of bad. There was a lot of meh. AND there was a lot of just plain ol’ normalcy.

So…

I’m pretty happy with the way that this month went for my spiritual goals and my monthly goal-setting practice. It was really interesting that I was dreading doing this end of the month review. It started off in such a negative place for me because I felt like I just didn’t get anything done and that I completely failed. I felt guilty, but I’m human. We’re all human and have lives that can get crazy. Sometimes we’re able to check in with our goals and sometimes we’re not, and that is okay.

I am very happy that it turns out subconsciously, I was actually working on all these things the entire month even though I had really bad mental health days and a depression relapse. Through all of that, I was still taking steps and making decision to accomplish my goals. When I looked back and reviewed this month I discovered just how much I was actually doing, even though I didn’t realize it.

That makes me incredibly proud of myself and grateful for the progress that I’ve been able to make on my mental health and make on my goals.

I would love to hear how your month went over on instagram. Email and @owlsandindigo on instagram is the fastest was to get a hold of me.

I’m so grateful that I actually was able to achieve some of my goals this month, even though I thought that I didn’t. I thought that I failed but realized in the end that I hadn’t. So don’t be so hard on yourself before you reflect on the past. This was such an amazing gift to give myself, unexpectedly, which is awesome.

Today’s feeling based intention for the Balsamic Crescent Moon is, “I reflect with thanks. I rest. I restore.”

Were you able to finish your goals for this lunar month? Did you do a little better than me? I can’t wait to see your answers in the comments down below.

November Spirituality Question: The Shadow Self

November Lunar Bullet Journal – Spiritual BUJO Plan With Me

Today it’s time for my monthly plan with me for my daily planner and spiritual bullet journal.  November’s cover page is a combination of two different pins that I saw on Pinterest. I am also carrying over the color combination from one of my recent weekly spreads that I really enjoyed. My quote for this month is “November’s descent into the Shadow Self.”

November’s descent into the Shadow Self.

This monthly cover spread also has the lunar phase dates for this moon and the next moon that both span November. I used my DIY Moon Phase Stamps. I am really really enjoying these stamps. They were so much fun to create from scratch.

Then I used my watercolor palette to pick up the colors that I used in the leaves for the eyelashes on the November cover page. I’m also using a little bit of salt and tapping my brush here to add some texture as well to this spread. Next month I am thinking about using a spray bottle of vodka to create the texture in the water colors.

This Is My Dear Universe spread. This month I wanted to focus on what it is that is happening for me, instead of to me. I’m just saying thank you for the things that are seemingly negative each day and turning them into a positive experience by saying thank you for them and thank you that this is happening for me rather than to me. I just want to shift my perspective a little bit into a more positive mindset this month.

Now we’re onto the mental inventory page which is just like a brain dump spread.  This is where I get all the ideas that are floating around in my head that are keeping me from getting things done and causing me anxiety, out of my head and onto the page.

At the end of the month is where I do all of my journaling and my reflecting. I’ll have my November spirituality prompts which I’m going to be sharing with you in just a second down below!

The very last spread in my monthly stack is my leftovers spread. I usually have tasks that I don’t get to, and just wanted to make sure that I had a place to write them all down so I could easily transfer them over to the next month. I like to keep this spread really simple and wide open to I have room to write. So for decoration I just use my DIY Moon Phase Stamps, DIY Coffee Cup Stamp, & my DIY Tree Stamp to create a little scene.

And finally, the most important question of the month, out monthly spirituality writing prompt:

This month’s spirituality journaling prompt.

11th Full Moon Goal Setting Check In | Lunar Goal Setting Journal With Me

Today it’s time for my 11th Full Moon Lunar Goal-Setting Check-In. I really enjoyed creating the my November Plan With Me featured in my spreads. If you want to see how I set these goals click here. So grab a cup of tea and your favorite pen, and lets check in on our monthly goals together!

I like to set goals via the moon and use the eight moon phases to check in with my goals to track my progress. This helps me see if I need to add anything or take away anything to help me achieve the goal that I’ve set at the beginning of the lunar month at the new moon.

So… I got to be honest with you… I totally have not checked in with this spread daily like I was supposed to. I haven’t looked at my goals since the new moon. So I had no idea where I was on my goals, and even forgot what my specific goal was for the month. But I tie these monthly goals back to my yearly goals, so I had a sense of what I wanted to accomplish this entire year. Let’s just go ahead and get into my journal, and see where I’m at on my goal setting.

My mantra for this month is:

I’ve set these goals to feed my soul and my intentions. I will fill my cup first because I know from the past it works. I am turning inward and I will remain open for others when I am needed.

I definitely feel like I have stayed in touch with my mantra for this month, even though I haven’t looked at it since the new moon. I remained open even though I’ve been doing some more internal working, more introspection, and a lot of thinking and pondering. I’ve been trying to problem solve some of the goals and issues that have come up in my life. Not bad problems, just the things that come up in a normal life. And luckily I haven’t been doing it alone, so that has been most helpful to have a friend on this journey.

As for filling my cup first because I know it works… I have kind of been doing this. I’ve definitely been hitting the ground running when it comes to work and meetings, you know… work life. I’ve definitely been hustling, but I do feel like I’ve balance it enough with me time.

I’ve had to wedge and carve out me time here and there. It hasn’t been very much lately, but I feel like it has been a sufficient amount. I haven’t felt stressed to the point where I felt like I haven’t been able to do what I wanted to do. I’ve definitely been filling my cup up before it’s completely bone dry and not letting myself get stressed out to the max. I’m very proud of myself for doing that, because it has been really really hard for me to do so in the past.

The theme this month is seek comfort in your ebb. On every full moon check in, I always ask myself two things: what have I succeeded in this lunar month? And what can I improve?

seek comfort in your ebb

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that we have had our first snow that has stuck and its everywhere. Lots and lots of snow. I am not about to go outside on the deck every morning to drink my coffee in the snow. So I unfortunately had to nix this goal for the month, but I am still reading.

I also wanted to foster my spiritual yoga practice by meditating in bed when I wake up and get a couple of books and follow a particular channel online. I haven’t gotten the books yet. There have been a lot of shifts in my life since the new moon. Over the past couple of weeks I just haven’t really had time to focus on yoga. BUT it’s been on my mind.

✩☽✦ Full Moon Check In ✦☾✩

There’s always things that we can improve on whether we’re actually on top of our goals and have gotten everything done. There’s definitely little things along the way that we could have done better.  I always ask myself the same questions: What did I succeed in? What can I improve?

what have I succeeded in this lunar month?

what can I improve?

I’ve been unplugging more and fostering my spiritual practices with writing. The interesting thing about writing is that this wasn’t actually a monthly goal, but it does tie back to my larger yearly goal. So I’m super happy with that and really grateful that I’ve had the time to write again. All of October I was only creating videos and I didn’t have the time to write. And honestly it felt like my soul was aching a little bit to get those thoughts out of my head and to reconnect with you.

I have a couple of things I’m going to be improving on… Like I said, I have not checked in with my goals this month since the new moon. So I am going to be improving by having my journal open to this goal setting spread at the end of the day, ready for me to see first thing the next morning. This will help me keep my goals and intentions in my brain, top of mind and also in my subconscious as I go about my day.

Next, I am going to leave out my yoga mat. If you saw my most recent Weekly Spirituality Tip then you know that I’m going to be changing up some habits. Check out what I’m going to change and how it relates back to my monthly goals and full moon check in here.

I think this is going to be a really easy shift for me to actually start getting my butt to the yoga mat. Obviously isn’t the spiritual side of yoga. I am actually using this as part of a mini habit to get me used to getting back to the mat again single day. I think it’s really going to work for me, I do really good with habit stacking and mini habits that are built into my existing routines.

I want to make sure that I’m being real with you and showing that no one’s perfect. Like me… I haven’t touched my goal setting spread for weeks. But I didn’t allow myself to use that absence as an excuse to fall off the bandwagon. My goals, intentions and spiritual practices are important to me, important enough to not give up on.

How about you? Were you able to accomplish your goals so far this month, or did you fall short like I did? But I know I can’t be alone in that. Let me know in the comments down below if you are having a hard time accomplishing your goals right now too.

ALSO!!!! What progress have you made on your goals this month? Are you on track for the Balsamic moon or did you have to retool your goals and intentions for the month?

10th Crescent Moon Goals Check In | Goal Setting via the Moon Journal With Me #Vlogoween #YouTober Day 1

Day #1 of Vlogoween and YouTober.

I’m going to be doing 31 days of videos to make sure you subscribe here on the website and on youtube so you don’t miss anything. I’m not taking the weekends off either. I’ll be sharing: moon journaling prompts, Spooky DIYs, Autumn & Fall Decor, Farm House inspired Halloween Decor.

So lets dive in and check in for my goals this month. I’ve been doing pretty good on my intentions. I while we were away this weekend I actually decided to go for a salad automatically in a restaurant, which is something that I never do. It’s one of my goals this month, and it just clicked. Actually it didn’t even click. I didn’t have to think about it! I just went straight to the salads! This intention corresponds with my overarching goal for weight liberation this year. I also explored a new place this weekend, it was the same restaurant.

I also wanted to have shark like honesty this month, which was me saying no to things instead of being like oh okay I guess I’ll do it, and just capitulating. I was able to say nope! This nope was in relation to, “No I can’t stay up. I need to go to sleep.” For my feeling based intention this lunar phase I wrote,

“I relax into my intention. I pause. I take this time to breathe.”

My mantra for this cycle is:

“I’ve set these goals to awaken my growing potential & be balanced like the bee honest as a shark, and awaken the snake shakti within myself.”

JENNY PROCZKO, from OWLSANDINDIGO
10TH MOON mantra 2019

Then I go over my Mantra that I’ve set for myself this month. I say this mantra to myself everyday when I check in with this spread. My mantra is, “I set these goals to awaken my growing potential and be balanced like the bee, honest as a shark, and a wake in the snake shakti within myself.” Then I close out my little goal-setting practice for the day by filling in my tracker at the bottom with a little leaf.

See how I actually filled out this spread in my 10th New Moon Monthly Goals Plan With Me | Lunar Goal Setting Journal With Me. This is something that I do monthly on a lunar calendar because it gives me more chances to check in with my goals for the month. This gives me more of a chance to make sure that I accomplish my goals and they don’t just fall by the wayside.

So this is what I normally only share on Instagram if you really like these videos make sure you leave me a comment down below and maybe in future months I’ll go ahead and share these little mini Moon check-ins with you on YouTube as well. Make sure you follow me over on Instagram @owlsandindigo it’s where I am most!

10th New Moon Monthly Goals Plan With Me | Lunar Goal Setting Journal With Me

Today it’s time for my 10th New Moon Lunar Goal Setting Session. This is how I set goals for the month. I actually use the moon to keep myself on track. I use the eight lunar phases as check-in points to make sure that I’m on top of my goals for the year, and also for this month.

So lets go ahead and start with our new moon beginnings. I really enjoyed creating the my October Plan With Me which is coming out October 1st as a kick off to my vlogtober! So grab a cup of tea and your favorite pen, and set your monthly goals with me!

This month I’m using Wild Unknown Spirit Animal deck from Kim Krans. This layout is from my October Monthly Plan With Me. I like to start by shuffling the deck 3 times, or whatever feels good, and then I cut the deck. This month for my journaling prompts I’ll be focusing on:

to have
to do
to be

I like to write down any notes that jump out at me from the guidebooks as I journal.

For the shark, I wrote: direct exposure, revealing true nature, desire, and then finally, honesty.

For the bee, I wrote: earnest, hard-working, and democratic. When in balance, content, active and vibrant. When unbalanced, overworked and annoyed. This is totally me right now! I was really surprised when I read the description of this card because it definitely resonated with me for what I’ve been going through lately.

For the snake, I wrote: guardian of un-awakened magic and potential. The activities that you can do to help unlock these characteristics are Kundalini Yoga and meditation.

Out of these themes, I create my mantras for this month with my Mantra Maker on the opposite side of this spread. My mantras for this 10th New Moon are:

“I am an honest shark when it comes to my life.”

“I will be honest with myself.”

“I will be balanced while working hard.”

“I will awaken my coiled snake.”

This month’s lunar theme is:

“from darkness you are re-born”

My mantra for this cycle is:

“I’ve set these goals to awaken my growing potential & be balanced like the bee honest as a shark, and awaken the snake shakti within myself.”

JENNY PROCZKO, from OWLSANDINDIGO
10TH MOON mantra 2019

Then I write the eight steps that I’m going to be taking this month to help me achieve these goals for this lunar month. I always make sure that these steps actually relate back to my yearly spiritual goals. Sometimes these line up with the lunar phases and sometimes they don’t.

  1. eat salads at restaurants
  2. record two more meditations
  3. explore three new places
  4. have four Fridays out of my home & studio
  5. write five garden journal entries
  6. read six more chapters of my books
  7. have seven moments of shark like honesty
  8. have eight “ideal” yoga sessions

Last month I really enjoyed having a little tracker on a sticky note. This enables me to move It from week to week, that way I don’t forget about the habits that I was working on and all of the things that I wanted to accomplish.

I drew a little snake at the bottom. I think the snake is going to be my animal for the month. I found myself changing my phone wallpaper to a snake. I was actually really surprised because the snake has actually come up a lot in conversation and has popped up a lot in various other areas of my life lately.

You might recognize this bullet journal spread, it’s from my October Plan With Me. Make sure you check it out to see the rest of my journal for this month and my weekly spreads! I use this journal as my daily planner now and as my lunar goal setting journal.

Either by the moon or in the morning of each new lunar phase, I set a positive feeling based intention for each of the eight lunar phases. For this new moon I wrote:

“I set my intention.
I feel my intention in my body.”

JENNY PROCZKO, from OWLSANDINDIGO
10TH MOON 2019, NEW MOON INTENTION

Then at the beginning of each moon phase for this cycle I will come back to this spread and write a new positive feeling based intention. I’ll be posting these little mini moon updates over on Instagram, so be sure to follow me there so you don’t miss them! The only place you can find them is on instagram.

On the final Crescent Moon of the lunar cycle I do a Lunar Review of the entire month tracking my journey back to the new moon. First I think about what worked, what didn’t, and what I can improve. Then I reflect on the biggest wins of the lunar month.

This journaling and goal setting practice is something that I do the night before every new moon or the morning of every new moon. This practice of short term, achievable goal setting via the lunar cycle, has grown really dear to my heart. It’s something that I can’t imagine not doing.

So what goals have you set for this month? Are they similar to mine or are they totally different? I’m really excited to see if I can actually develop yoga as a spiritual practice. So far for me it’s only been a physical practice, and after I took a couple of classes at one of my local yoga studios, I just really started to fall in love with yoga. The class that I took a sort of delved a little bit deeper into the spiritual side of yoga. I’m really excited to explore that more, so that is going to be one of my main goals for this month. I can’t wait to see your goals are, make sure you leave me a comment down below.

https://youtu.be/gaegvF1pVkU

Using tarot cards in this way gives me a new lens in which to look at my life. It’s also given me a lot of inspiration and closure by looking at my life through a different perspective. This practice has also helped me hone my focusing skills and has enabled me to quit second guessing myself. With this practical tarot new moon journaling prompt, I look forward to each lunar cycle and the start of a new chance to achieve my goals.

Now that we have completed this Monthly Lunar Goal Setting session, we can go ahead and bring our 8th Moon Practice to a close. Subscribe so you don’t miss anything. To see how I make sure I’m on track with my goals for each Lunar Month check out the my Full Moon Check In.

9th Balsamic Crescent Moon Monthly Goals Review Plan With Me | Lunar Goal Setting Journal With Me

So my life got a little bit busy… I completely missed the last quarter moon check in, and I am just writing out what my feeling based intention would have been. “Now that I am receiving, I give back from a place of abundance.”

Today’s feeling based intention for the Balsamic Crescent Moon is, “I reflect with thanks. I rest. I restore.”

Next, I go back to my sticky notes and check off what I did and didn’t accomplish. I use a little squiggly line for the things that are in progress or are sort of done. Then I just X out the rest and then color in the boxes for the things that I’ve finished.

Then I check the rest of the things on my Spiritual Goals section and 8 Intentions section. I also draw a little arrow for the things that I want to continue or that I’m going to be a transferring over to the next month.

During my Balsamic Crescent Moon Review, I ask myself three questions: what worked? what didn’t? and what to improve?

So what worked for me this month was having my daily goals on a mini sticky note for my habit tracker and then also letting go of guilt.

what worked?

what didn’t?

what can I improve?

What didn’t work was “Fit Fridays” and Techless Sundays. I usually do really good on Techless Sundays, but I was just super busy on Fridays and Sundays this month. I was working and I needed to actually be on the internet to G.S.D.

And there are two things that I’m going to be improving for next month.1. I want to reinstate my mindful morning journaling routine. 2. I want to schedule an alarm in my phone for zen time and goals time.

My little tracker was supposed to be third eyes and I really like how it turned out. Afterwards I take the sticky notes from this Lunar Goals Review and move them forward into the next new moon phase.

Were you able to finish your goals for this lunar month? Did you do a little better than me? I can’t wait to see your answers in the comments down below.
