As a person with Anxiety and Depression, I know first hand that motivational quotes that mean well can sometimes have a the opposite effect. For me they made things worse and sent me further down into a deep dark hole. 

So today, these quotes are curated by me, someone with anxiety and depression who understands; to you on whatever day you are having, be it good, bad, ugly, or meh.
