Some of my practices are mundane and some of them as specific to my spiritual goals. Read on and you will find that you probably do a lot of these things too. Whether theses practices are spiritual or not is left up to your own unique perspective of the root of your actions every day. This week I ran across this quote about spirituality that I wanted to share with you along side My 25 Daily Spiritual Practices.
John Shea, a contemporary Catholic theologian, puts spirituality this way: “The spiritual life is, at root, a matter of seeing. It is all of life seen from a certain perspective. It is waking, sleeping, dreaming, eating, drinking, working, loving, relaxing, recreating, walking, sitting, standing, and breathing. . . . Spirit suffuses everything; and so the spiritual life is simply life, wherever and whatever, seen from the vantage point of spirit.”
